Sancerre

The Sancerre region of France is located in the Loire valley. This region makes red, white, and rosé wines that are light and easy to drink. White sancerre comes from the Sauvignon Blanc grape. This makes a semi-dry, fresh wine. This goes well with most appetizers, as well as oysters and fish. The rosé and red Sancerre are made from Pinot Noir, and light and fruity.
