Castel del Monte

Castel del Monte wine is produced only in three versions-red, white and rose'. Castel del Monte Rosato is made from the Bombino Nero variety. The DOC Castel del Monte allows the production of wines obtained from single varieties, some traditional of the area -Bombino Bianco, Uva di Troia, Bombino Nero e Aglianico- and some successfully introduced in the last decades -Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Nero e Cabernet.
